RAPID PARCEL UK
Accessibility
We want the RAPID PARCEL UK website and app to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and larger text.
1. What we aim for
Public pages should work with a keyboard, have visible focus, use text that can be resized, and name buttons and fields so assistive technology can read them. Colour is not the only way we show an error or a status.
The app uses the same booking steps as the website: quote, book, pay, and track. System text size and screen-reader settings on your phone apply to the app.
2. Known limits
Labels are PDF files. A PDF may not reflow as well as the page that created it. Tracking maps, where shown, have a text status next to them so the position is not only visual.
Some older PDF label files may be harder to read with a screen reader. Ask us for the tracking number and addresses in the email itself if you need them that way.
3. Ask for a different format
If you cannot use a page or complete a booking, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. Tell us the page, the device, and what you use (for example a screen reader or voice control). We will help you book or track by another route, such as email, where we can do that securely.
