A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. The RAPID PARCEL UK website sets a single cookie so a signed-in session can be refreshed. The mobile app does not use browser cookies; it keeps a refresh token in secure device storage.

2. Strictly necessary cookie

Name: refreshToken. Purpose: remember the signed-in session and obtain a new access token. It is HTTP-only, sent only to this site, and lasts up to 30 days. It is set when you register or log in, and it is removed when you log out.

This cookie is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. UK cookie rules do not require a consent banner for that kind of cookie. We do not use it to advertise or to build a marketing profile.

3. Cookies we do not use

We do not set analytics, advertising, or social-media cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent before any non-essential cookie is stored.

Your browser can block cookies. If you block refreshToken you will need to log in again each time you use the website.
